[revival-fire] Friday night Fire in Galt

******* REVIVAL FIRE!!! *******

Last night was another night where the glory just keeps growing or should I say increasing. The crowds are still different every night, they are so hungry. We are starting to see the lost coming in a getting saved ( harvest ) but many are coming just to get set free.

We have decided to carry on another week, we are building ministry teams so they can rotate and not burn out. We will hold training for team members.
Monday night we are going to do something different, we are having a water baptism, for those who have touched in these meetings.

Week Three July 21-25
every night @ 7:00pm
We are going for it

[revival-fire] Glory

******* REVIVAL FIRE!!! *******

I appreciate all the posts on the church and I believe it is so very important.  There are so many people disgruntled with church, and many have left.  There just may be some of us who are called to leave the building, as in the organized structure, to understand why there are those who haven't been to this place on Sunday mornings for years.  God is telling us that the church is not a building and never has been.

I believe there may have been some who didn't understand my heart, which I guess I asked for when I wrote such a raw note.  If you would like to read my book about my experience with my son you may have it in pdf. for free.  It's not done yet, according to Julia, but you can have what's here now.  It may help you understand why I am actually not bitter or angry, as some have suggested.

Keep the following in mind:

     Revival is holding hearts
so a space may be created
     for glory

And also:
"If this is not a place
          where tears are understood,
then where can I go to cry?"
                                    Ken Medema
                   from "Celtic Daily Prayer"

God bless you all, Tom

[revival-fire] Thanks for the clarification for revival fire

******* REVIVAL FIRE!!! *******

I want to thank Eric for clarifying, once again, the purpose and guidelines for Revival Fire.

I want to  honor the guidelines, whether we agree or not; Our opinions just don't count.  It is not honoring the leaders or the purpose for Revival Fire.   Revival does not come w/o honoring those God has put in a place of Leaders.   We honor  those who have oversight and the purpose and guidelines for Revival Fire.  Thank you for that.

God Bless You Today!

Re: [revival-fire] Counselling on Revival Fire? OR IS IT?

******* REVIVAL FIRE!!! *******

Actually, Tim, these postings certainly CAN be viewed as "counseling" someone who is having personal difficulties with their church-experience... but then again, there truly is a larger perspective -- and it's a perspective directly related to the focus of this forum.

This forum is to be a device where things related to encouraging "revival" amongst our churches and people are to be shared -- and though some people haven't focused on it yet, one of the greatest "revivals" happening today is the transformation of wineskins -- old into new.

These postings -- raw and personal as they are -- are smack dab in the center of this transformation (or "reformation" if you will). It's never wrong to consider larger, spiritual issues within the scope of individual responses to these challenges.

I am encouraged by the reports of great things happening all around, and the revival-type events that are coming up. We will be having the Dews here in Deer Park WA Sept 19-21 for a healing conf where there will be impartation and training as well as demonstrations of the Spirit's power.

However, Richard Oliver has laid out some clear guidelines for Revival Fire and airing personal frustrations and trying to counsel such troubled believers seems outside of the purpose.

We have the ability to contact each other individually and that form of personal contact should be the method we use to minister to those of us who are struggling and need our help and encouragment.

I have considered removing my name from the list simply due to the volume of emails I get through this site. So, if this "counseling trend" continues it will increase the volume and I may need to remove my name so I don't have to spend so much time wading through individuals personal issues that need to be dealt with in other ways.

[revival-fire] The Lord is changing his church

******* REVIVAL FIRE!!! *******

Hi, David (and everybody!) --

David's recent revival-fire post (quoted below) is both excellent and valuable! (If you haven't read it, consider doing so! Be open -- he makes a lot of sense.)

I wanted to comment on one TINY part of it -- where David says the following:

On Jul 17, 2008, at 1:20 PM, David Webb wrote:
We should never evaluate church by the quality of the meetings but by the impact in the nation.

I know this line has a nice "ring" to it, but in one sense, it doesn't mean anything.

Look at it this way: When it comes to "evaluating church", whose task is that?

(And who is the "we"?)

We may "judge a prophecy" (1Cor 14) or "know" [epiginosko] the "ravening wolves" by their fruits (Mt 7)... And we'll even judge the angels in the next world...

. . . but I'm not sure you (or I) are called to "evaluate the church".

But, then -- if you or I or even others do NOT "evaluate the church", who does?

The Spirit if the Lord.

Here's a thought: The Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil represents where we (or Daddy dearest) took upon ourselves the responsibility of spiritual judgment, removing ourselves from dependence upon our discerning the judgment of the Spirit.

For us to "evaluate the church", we'd need a clear and accurate standard -- and the standard isn't what impact on the nation we see and personally determine is significant... There's no person who has an understanding of our times that is broad enough and deep enough to even accurately assess what the "church's impact on the nation" is.

For that assessment, we must rely on the discernment of the Holy Spirit. And for that matter, the only safe and accurate assessment of the "church" is what the Holy Spirit tells us.

SUMMARY?
IMHO, what the Church needs is not for people to "evaluate it" or to "evaluate" its "impact on the nation"... what the Church needs is to incline Her ear to hear the evaluation -- and the direction -- of the Holy Spirit.

The Caveat: But most Christendom has an invested interested in not only NOT "hearing" the HS's "evaluation" but in assuming any such evaluation would only authenticate their existing theologies, rituals, programs and paradigms,

Recent emails about quiting church and following Jesus, seem to echo a familiar cry from many who still believe but have had enough of Church as we know it. I am currently moving to a new district of Thessaloniki, (Greece) which translates "New Roots". The Lord spoke "It's time for new roots" …Isaiah 54.

I see and hear of weariness that people are experiencing across the church and many feel about the church, recent postings confirm this; these are not isolated individuals but represent I believe 10's of thousands of people who have had enough. I understand there are many who are currently experiencing great things and some churches are clearly enjoying significant presence, however as I look at the western church I see people tired of the show. We are an incredibly well fed generation and yet are in some way obese, my conviction is that obesity is not so much about input but about output.

The message we have been given can change the world. I'd go so far as to say the state of a nation reflects the state of the church. We should never evaluate church by the quality of the meetings but by the impact in the nation. We will see if we have introverted an extravert message, made it the property of a few and turned the church into club for the initiated. People get (fat &) weary when there is no place for them to fulfil their role in the ongoing story of eternity.

God is doing something new. My take on Lakeland is that it is a fantastic finale God has prepared for the closure of an era. This era has seen the church preoccupied with meetings and events, NOW a new season is emerging. I expect in little more than 5 years, the church will bear little resemblance to what it is today and in 20 years be a totally different radical church sweeping across the western world. Make no mistake about it the church in the West is currently considered irrelevant by those who are not connected. The church may feel important but in reality it is trapped in its small ghetto.

So what about the NEW roots … It's time to be planted out so that new roots can grow. A new generation will take hold off the power and presence of God in a radical way. They will see that the message must move from the church into the World. The new generation will find incredible favour with those in positions of power and influence and instead of becoming leaders in church will find themselves influencing and guiding governmental authorities; world systems; the business and recreation world, they will find themselves walking with groups of disciples and many following after them. This is church, uncontrollable; profoundly spiritual; life-changing; powerful; effective, deliberate and relevant. There will be a place to meet to celebrate but instead of being celebration DRIVEN it will be nation changing, Spirit led, an inter-dependant people centred church.

This is where questions of character arise. The new era will be marked by Character, not personality. People with strength of character will build with purpose a church marked by maturity. Gideon's will tear down idols; Samuel's will release the Lord's anointed; Peter's and Paul's will take the anointing and proclaim to a generation who have never known the Life message. People who know God and work in partnership with other body parts will be at the heart of this. Submitting to one-another so that a Holy Spirit filled generation can bring LIFE to our weary and frightened neighbours!

New roots are established through planting out. If we embrace and flow with the change it will take a renewal of the mind. God is saying Enlarge – "It's time for new roots!" …Isaiah 54.

Apostle John Eckhardt is based outside of Chicago, it is predominately black, but a powerful and moving church, he has a large network all over the world, is an incredible and I mean revelation and revival teaching and the gifts flowing.  He is greatly respected by many of the major leaders in the country  USA>

Crusaders Ministries and Impact Network.  His main church is about 4000.

We are experiencing a great outpouring of the Holy Spirit, perhaps the greatest the world has ever known! In the midst of it all, God is restoring the office of apostle to His church to help us fulfill the Great Commission. With revelatory teaching, John Eckhardt makes it clear God is calling every Christian-from pastoral to layperson-to practice in the apostolic ministry as sent ones."

A short time ago I was asking for a friend if anyone knew of a good revival church in Morris, Illinois. I have not gotten a response yet for Morris itself but some of the surrounding cities are Joliet and LaSalle. Also about an hour away is Chicago. My friend would be interested in knowing about any churches in any these cities. Thanks

[revival-fire] God comes to the Children

******* REVIVAL FIRE!!! *******

Dear Revivalists,

We are conducting a summer long VBS for kids called HAA (Heartlands Awesome Adventure). God keeps pouring out on the children as they press in each day. Several have been healed and many saved. Because of the HAA ministry a couple came to church last week. The mother was healed of a painful shoulder problem and then received the Lord!

The following is from our director, Allison.

Greetings

...HAA has been amazing.  Today the presence of God was very strong during the lesson and the soaking time.  Half of the kids felt His heat all over them.  Marty was doused with a bucket of water by the Lord and the Lord told him he was filling him up so he could take it out to the other people.

Alissa keeps getting more and more love poured out on her.  She is a powerful worshiper and loves Jesus. She knows that Jesus loves her, as well.

These kids love worship more and more.  We did 10 songs and they ask for more.  It is amazing.   I could barely keep on my feet today as we pressed in.  As I write this I feel Him all over me.

Thanks
Love Allison

[revival-fire] To him who sit on the throne

******* REVIVAL FIRE!!! *******

To Him who sit on the Throne

I have had a vision that has come to me several times over the last 20 plus years, I have always been blessed when it happens and always thought it was just for me. Last night at a home group I had it again only this time it was expanded.

In this vision a little boy is walking toward the Throne room, as he is walking he passes many rooms with body parts, money, jewels, gold and silver. He isn't even interested in any of these things and doesn't even look there way he just keeps walking.

As he approaches the doors to the Throne room the angels there open without hesitation
the little boy , in diapers, just walks in. All the rulers are there from all over the universe waiting their turn to talk to the Father, but the little boy just keeps walking past them with no concern for them or their importance. About half way to the Throne the Father see the little boy and just smiles but continues what he is doing, but as the boy approaches the Throne the Father stops the conversation he is in by just a raised hand, the little boy comes up the steps climbs on the Father lap uninvited and just set there as the Father holds him. There is no conversation just a Father and his son loving each other.

Then as the little boy get down as he walks away he turns into a man of wisdom with age and understanding.

As I watched this unfold I knew now better than other times that this is about the Father and the things we seek out side the Throne room are just that things. No matter the need they are just things. The Father, papa, is the only reason He is the source it isn't even about him giving us these things. It is about falling in love with him over and over and over again. If we need any of these things He will give them when we need them but if we are just looking for Him to give us stuff we fall so short of what He wants for us.

He is the reason, the Father, Son and Holy Spirit are the ones we need to seek.

I know this is very simple and you all know it but sometimes we need to be reminded.

[revival-fire] RE: [revival-fire] An Open Invitation and Response to Aaron & others..

******* REVIVAL FIRE!!! *******

I AM LOOKING FOR A PERFECT CHURCH

Ok, then, where is that perfect church to which I would love to belong? Perfect church? No way! It would be perfect if it was formed by people like Jesus, each member a Jesus, then we would have a perfect church.

Ok, but we know we are a far shot from being like Jesus.

Think again: we are in Jesus, and this is in first place what God sees, while He deals with our sins, temptations, frustrations, flesh, miscalculations, misappropriations, and other .ations, He still sees us through Christ.

So where is that perfect church then? Maybe it is the church I attend? Maybe if we could just see each other through the filter of Jesus, just like the Father does?

NO CHURCH WILL GO ANY FURTHER THAN ITS OWN INDIVIDUALS

When the majority in a church become more concerned with the world, we have a worldly church;  If people get involved in trying to change things around without the Holy Spirit the church becomes a social institution pursuant of the public welfare; if people succumb to the temptation of getting so spiritual that they cannot possibly be concerned with human affairs, then we have a church that has lost the “you are the salt of the earth” aspect of its life. And if the individuals in that church are moved by the desire to be like Jesus, it would be a church like Jesus.

God established the church. Jesus said:  “I will build My church”. His church. Did he stop building the church? No. Has the church failed? Yes. In many areas, in many aspects churches have failed or missed the point to the very least. Is it still His church? Yes. There is no plan B for when the church failed. The church was and is the only plan. And for those who say that God is up to something so new that He is just done with the church, this would be paramount to say that He is done with the body of Christ. What is the new thing? A bodiless Christ?

THE UNIVERSALITY OF NOTHINGNESS

Many would have us buy that they don’t belong anywhere while at the same time they belong only to the “universal” body of Christ, which is the body formed by all the true saints of all ages past and yet to come. That is a nice concept. It is biblical also that we all belong to such body as Hebrews puts it: “the eternal congregation of the saints”. But it is also a way to admit that they do not belong really anywhere.

How in the world does one belong to the “universal” body which is not seen, without belonging to a local expression of the body of Christ? Can we love God who we don’t see without loving our brother who we do see?

In church, things eternal tend to lose reality if they are not expressed , lived, acted, walked, and perspired in the natural, physical, local environment of the church. I said perspired, when you move you perspire, you might even smell, and quiet, still, clean people tend not to like it. But you move anyway because the One in you stirs all your movable parts and you can’t help it. And you wonder how can it be that those other ones do not move like you do.  And they are wondering why are you so crazy that you move the way you do.

Which of them belong to the church? All, each one of them.

THE BUCK STOPS HERE

We need to stop passing the buck to others, to the members, or to the leaders, or to the climatic changes in the greenhouse behind the church. In the church the buck stops with me. My church is too carnal? Do I pray long and hard enough to turn things over? My church does not like doing outreach and I feel we have to be in the streets. How about you go to the streets and start doing it? It takes one to start. My church is too structured? Be so in the Spirit that you bring in New Wine: it will break the old wineskins. Oh but then the wine will be lost! No problem brother someone will drink it from the floor.  Most people in my church do not believe in miracles. Wait, you mean you need the approval of everybody before you pray for a miracle?

Why this difference between institutional church vs. the “real” church anyway? Look at it this way: God established the church, the universal body of Christ, but do not forget that the universal body of Christ expresses itself locally in every local church. Each church is or should be the local expression of the body of Christ. The Bible instructs us not to forsake our congregations. There is a need for the body to get together, gather in the name of Jesus. Whether we meet in a home or in a cathedral, we need to meet and the institution exists simply to facilitate the “meeting together of the saints”.  The building exists for the sake of the gathering, not the meeting for the sake of filling up a building. Of course the church has over the centuries turned things upside down and the institution is not anymore for the meeting but the meeting for the institution: that is the problem, when we begin to need people to meet in order to keep the structures up instead of the structures to serve a purpose for the sake of the body.  How do we change that? From within, within, within, within, within…and within!

BLAME THE PASTOR

But then who is to blame? Oh the pastor; it is the easiest!  The leaders! That family that takes over everything in church. The young people that are allowed too much space. The old people that won’t let go of their traditions. The music is too rocky, or the music is too Bachie, too fast and too slow. The preaching has no fire, the preaching has too much fire. I like this leader style, I don’t like this leader style. I am of Paul, I am of Apollos, where did I hear that before? Come on boys, do you think per chance that if the body prays, if the individuals that form that local expression pray and keep pushing and move in the Spirit nothing will happen? If a body moves the pastors and leaders will have to move or be moved! Oh, but pastors are praying and moving in the Spirit but the body won’t follow? Push further in the Spirit until you reach the point of breakthrough.

What a mess!

This mess my friend, with all the failures, and mistakes, and mix-ups, and fallen natures creeping in trying to blend in, Babels and Arks, this is church. Is it right? Is it perfect? If God wanted a perfect church by human standards He would have chosen other beings to form it. We are walking toward perfection, together, in Him; yet the Father sees us through Christ.

The grace and mercies of God is applied to us. How much grace and mercy are we showing toward the other members of the body? Mercy, grace, love flow from the Father to us, but they are not meant to stop with us.

Moving toward a move of God

******* REVIVAL FIRE!!! *******

As many of you know Aaron is a friend of mine and I was momentarily taken aback by his post and I thank all of you who have reached out to him and myself in love and encouragement. And I know many of you have questions.

For the questions, I do not have answers, but I give this.

Aaron is one, like myself, who is on the front lines of battle.  He is learning and growing, and he is fighting, and the devil does not like him.

It is our job to encourage him in the fight, not encourage him to run.

I openly invite Aaron back to Revival Fire.  His words have been encouraging and his passion, provoking.  And in this moment, I have sensed, that the devil would like nothing better than to cause Aaron to run, and both Aaron and all of us would be the lesser for it.

NO – running is not the answer.

We are an army, we are a family, we are the bride, and we need one another and need to encourage each other, and we would be just like the church, that many of you have expressed frustration with, if we just allowed one to slip away, or encouraged one to run.

I will not, and in grace, and with love I invite Aaron back and pray that he learns through this process and becomes the better for it.

Now – to the issue of the church

I understand frustration with the state of the current church.  I am one who feels we are not embodying the fullness of the bride.  Yet, God is not coming back for individuals, He is coming back for the Church, the Bride.  We are the church.  Not programs, functions, meetings, religion.  But currently the Bride has lost her way, and her identity is not as becoming as we would like.

Yet we do not get to abandon her because we do not like the way she/we look.

God never abandoned the Israelites just because they were not being the people they were destined to be.  We do not get to either.

We get to help transform her into her true identity, and there is no better way to do that than from the inside out.

We don’t get to just shine in the darkness, we get to shine in the church as well.

Let us finally get over our petty issues and realize that there is more out there than just US!  There is a world dying and in need of a supernatural God.

Let us fall in love with the church, not as we see it, but as God sees it and lets transform it into its true destiny, Not run from it!

For to long the people of God have run, let us STAND TOGETHER AND FIGHT!

And I long for the Aarons and others out there to stand and Fight with me.  With the church!  We are a Warring Bride!

Longing to see you on the front lines of battle

Matthew Oliver

Still learning as well

[revival-fire] A diamond visitation...

******* REVIVAL FIRE!!! *******

So funny...
My pastor used to say he looked everywhere for the perfect church.
One day God told him, kinda joking, "If you find it, don't you go there, you'll ruin it!"

Yesterday the Glorious One visited me...took my breath away.
He was as a many faceted diamond!

Each of His loved ones felt Him in a unique way.

Each one reflected a different attribute of Him.

Without all the facets, the diamond could not shine.

Shine who you are, and shine together with all the others He loves.

Shine, Jesus, shine...

Very Good Wendi!!

I watched my dad for years move from place to place looking for ............. I guess the perfect people. A time in his life that had passed..... And wouldn't ya know it, everywhere he went he couldn't stay because "those" people weren't there. They couldn't live up to his expectations. Well, he found that place and died less than a year later. His normal time span for staying in one place after I moved out was about two years or less. Well, guess what,        that place turned out to not be perfect either. That church had many struggles, he just left before he had the chance to see them.

I don't share this to make a point, just showing you where I'm coming from.

I do believe the church is changing, I DO! And for the better. I see many churches around us that are not traditional. I'm not ready to give up on her! And I don't think God is either.

maybe we should change our name to a fellowship of believers or radicall lovers of God, Jesus. Whatever, that would need to be purged one day to, everything does, even governments.

I appreciate everyone who is sharing and I appreciate everyone's views. Thanks for sharing and letting me share.

******* REVIVAL FIRE!!! *******

I've been following the revival fires for some time now and they have hooked me like a good novel. I don't say
this to make light of any of the pain being shared but to say that the pain that's being revealed in the church
is gripping and heart breaking. We've all known that it's true and has been going on for centuries I'm sure. Even in the
1st century church, offenses and temptation to break relationship over misunderstanding, neglect, un appreciation and apathy towards sympathizing and empathizing with peoples needs were prevelant. If not so, why was I Corinthians 13 written?

My husband and I have been pastoring and in the ministry since 1987 and have worked with people, their needs, their pains
their successes, their joys, their sorrows, their tragedies, their victories. After all this time, and even currently in our ministry we have been able to some up what the church is.

The church is: a living ORGANISM, not an organization
The church is: PEOPLE, not a place.
The church is: PEOPLE that come together in the name of the Lord and agree to gather together to learn more about God, who He is and what He wants for our lives. These "people" that come together, be it, one day a week or two times a week or every night of the week, are still the same people, carrying with them their own fears, temptations, prejudices, sicknesses, life experiences and limited understanding of what it's all supposed to be about and how they can be helped with their problems, looking for God's unconditional love and power.

Let me be another encouraging voice on Revival Fire so we can move on and experience the revival God so desparately wants to bring.

God is not finished with His people yet, as imperfect as we all are. When you say your walking away from the "church" or your taking time off from the "church" or you're having your own "church" by yourself, you're really saying, "I'm walking away from God's imperfect people", "I'm taking time off from God's imperfect people", I'm going to spend time with God's imperfect people by myself away from God's imperfect people.

I would encourage us as one living organism, the body of christ to overlook the multitude of sins being done to us by imperfect people and ask God to release I Corinthians 13 into us in a greater measure. Love covers a multitude of sins.

Right now the living organism of Jesus christ, his body, made up of imperfect people that believe in him are "caught up and walking in offenses" the Lord says. Not only are they walking in their offenses, but they are getting offended at the offenses, so now we have double offenses that we're trying to work through. The Lord is looking for people who will aggressively pursue their offenders and shower them with the Love God has. If you're walking in offense then perhaps you need to be pursued by love to help you rise above it and move on to perfecting love in your own life as I corinthians 13 does say, "love is not easily offended" some versions say "love does not keep a record of wrongs".

So, instead of focusing on the way of "getting away from God's imperfect people" let's press into God's imperfect people and ask God how we can begin to impliment I Corithians 13 into our own life, starting with each one of us.

Revival will come in it's fulness when God' imperfect people learn to press through their offenses, hurts and bitternesses and ask for wisdom on how to impliment I Corinthians 13 into their own lives, one imperfect person at a time.

It's not easy. If it were everyone would do it. And from the sounds of these latest revival fires about "leaving the church (the gathering of God's imperfect people) it sounds like we could use more implimentation of I Corinthians 13 in our lives, starting with whoever wants to go first. Any volunteers?

Blessings to all of us and let's keep pressing in to God and all the imperfect people He places in our paths.
Find someone who's hurting and ask them how you can help.
If someones offended at you, persue them with humble apology
and if you're offended at someone, forgive them and look for a way to actively love them according to
I Corinthians 13.

Let the Sound of His Spirit
be the Gift that enCircles all your
Highways and Spheres of Influence!

******* REVIVAL FIRE!!! *******

I have not read all the posts on the subject of church quitting, but I have scanned a few.  I have gone to church all of my life and I had to tell my Pastor this last Friday that being in church is so painful I cannot return, at least to that church.  When my wife and I go to church we are worse off when we come home.  I have a son who is very kind and compassionate, a wonderful boy.  He has loved being with God and reading God's word his whole life.  He is an amazing young man with a tremendous calling.  He went away to college to study the Bible at Biola University in La Mirada in Fall of 2004.  In his second year he became psychotic and we went out to get him to bring him home.  Two hospitalizations later and two and a half years of a living nightmare we are just now recovering.  Our son was labeled Schizophrenic and given more meds than a human should be allowed, but we had to follow this course because he's an adult and we have no rights.  My church did next to nothing to help us during this whole time.  The only time I talked to people is when I have called them because I take responsibility for what I need.  I even talked in front of my church in September of 2007 about this ordeal.  I received little feedback about my talk.  Most people seemed shocked.  I had friends in my church before this but now I can't say I have any.  The only reason I spoke was because I told my pastor that if he didn't schedule the time I would be like one of those people when Jesus spoke who interrupted his sermon with withered hands and stuff like that.  Heal me!  In my pain I reached out to the church and no one reached back, which makes it like a double wound.  I live a block away from my church and no one has been to my home during this time.  At one point I spent about 6 months not going to church (because I had to guard the exits of my home for fear that my son would leave and kill himself) and no one noticed or said anything.  No one helped us here.  So, I'm not going to this church anymore.  I really loathe the idea of church hopping and I don't know any other places where it's any better, so I don't believe I'll try another.  There is a church in town that does a lot right and I went to a prayer meeting they sponsored last night.  Someone in their church has cancer so over twenty people from that church went over and spent nearly three hours praying for this woman.  I would like that.  We may do cancer right in the church of God but no one seems to know what to do with mental illness.  Church, get ready, because the chosen in the next generation are getting whacked by the enemy in this area.  The enemy wants to take out the next generation and he has taken my son away, for now.  We need to find a way to nurture these individuals and their families and also determine what the enemy is doing and how this fits into the the overall plan of God.  By the way, I have never been in a better place with my God.  I love Jesus so much and our intimate moments together are so nourishing.  Why would I go to church to mess that all up?  I do go to church in many other ways so I do not feel I am forsaking the assembling together.  The church is not just a building on Sunday morning at 9:00am which includes a few songs, announcements, offering, and a somewhat relevant sermon.  I'd rather be alone with the Spirit that he may speak truth and relevance to my heart, and this I do.  I have mutually nourishing moments with those who understand, those who know Truth.
