Hello Everyone
I trust that you all are blessed in the Lord and doing well! I don't know if you all are keeping up with the latest standings on www.thedoorpost.com but we are not doing bad up to this point. Currently we are tied for 3rd place in our category, Pain. As you all know there are 7 categories, over 300 films and only 15 will be chosen for the finals. I am so thankful for the votes you all have cast.
We are approaching the deadline for votes (june 1) and we really need more votes. My goal is to get at least 100 more votes in. Unfortunately, there are some that are low balling by having friends and family vote against others, including ours, to bring down scores in order to keep there score up. I have been so tempted to do the same, but that is just anger trying to rise up. Pray for me! To have friends and family vote for there project is not enough. We have also had some misunderstand the message that we are trying to get across and vote against us.
I need your help. If we all can get at least 5-10 more people each to vote for our project that would be great! We need them to vote 5 stars in each section; portrayal of pain, production quality, how they enjoyed the film. Even those who you have had to vote already, ask them to find 5-10 more people to vote. We only have a few days left. After the votes it's up to the judges to make there decision. Even with high votes it doesn't mean we will get selected but it does increase our chances. Hi Everyone!I apologize for the incorrect information given in my last email. The following is correct & highlite in red below...Sunday night I attended an impartation service with Pastor Alan Garren at Shepard's Heart in Stockton. I believe that it was the most awesome service I have attended in sometime. Pastor Alan had just got back from Florida and WOW what an impartation service. I haven't danced like I danced this night in many many services (couple years).Come out and taste 'n see what the Lord can do.
