[revival-fire] Great Conference

******* REVIVAL FIRE!!! ******* Hi,

For those who don't know me; my name is Katalin Novak-Kovacs or Katie Novak for short , the name which most of my brothers and sisters here at Family Christian Center, Orangevale Know me by. I've been attending FCC for about 8-9 years. I can't tell you how greatful I am to the Lord for placing me in a church where the people of God pursue their Master with fire and passion. I am thankful to our Lord and King for all our awesome leaders, especially Pastors Rich and Lindy Oliver who are sensitive to the move of the Holy Spirit, giving Him ever increasing reign in our midst, and giving the opportunity to all of us to enter into whatever the Holy Spirit is doing. Wow ! How awesome is that ! God desires all the churches to give Him Full reign so that His glory would cover the earth.
 
 Anyway, to my testimony now. The Lord called me when I was 16. I remember spending hours and hours in His presence praying, reading His Word, meditating on and worshiping Him daily. His presence was so thick each time that I literally was swimming in Him. He was inside me, above and all around me. He completely engulfed me in His liquid love, His joy and His peace. No wonder I didn't wanna leave His presence. Hours appeared to be minutes. I just wanted to be at that place continually. Back then I didn't understand all these glory terms, but today I have a better understanding of what was really happening to me at 16 when I came before Him.

Since then countless of years went by and I've never turned away from the Lord. However, I have made some uneducated/naive choices that are effecting my life ever since.
Some of the things we can change, but some others that came as a lifetime consequence of our bad choices we can't. Realizing it I felt trapped which than transformed into years of depression.

Though I've felt his presence several times over the years here and there, sometimes for a longer or a shorter period of time or in certain situations, however, His presence seemed to be gone before I Knew it. It didn't matter how diligently I pursued after Him, I just didn't seem to find that place of intense intimacy with Him that my soul was so desperately longing  for. After years and years of searching and not finding it, I told the Lord,  "Lord I love you with all my heart. I'm not perfect in any way. I can live without many things in this life, but I can not live without your presence. I  can't go an like this , everything is lifeless in my life without your presence, I can't take it anymore. Lord would you just please do something awesome and wonderful at this upcoming conference /Experience God -May 22-24. 2008/, something that would get me out of this place !"

A few weeks before the conference I began to read a book by Douglas J.Tawlks, titled Defenders of the Breach, a Christian science fiction that talks about an incredible spiritual warfare that all of us fight as we go through life. The story is fiction, but the battle is real. The impact of this book was life-altering and well prepared me for the conference.  Because of what the Holy Spirit has accomplished within me through this book was the reason for  me to receive the way I was able to this past conference. Finally, and once again I was able to enter His presence at such magnitude that almost reached beyond the one I've experienced/lived in at 16. Now, I don't say that I have fully entered, but once again I tapped into the most valuable and most important place in this whole entire universe , His Presence. I  have no words to express my gratitude to the Lord for what He has accomplished in me. THANK YOU MY WONDERFUL, BEAUTIFUL, AWESOME SAVIOR, LORD AND KING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love you with all my heart ! Never let me go from your presence.
I came here to stay.  Many thanks to those who prayed, the Lord knows who you are.

I feel like I got my life back. I hear the battle cries that call out to all the warriors of His Kingdom, which we all are. I don't feel like  a fallen warrior anymore. I am ready to take my position on the front lines in the battle of all ages against the powers of the kingdom of darkness. FREEDOM!!! VICTORY!!! . Warriors! Charge and attack!!! With our Awesome King on our side, the victory is guaranteed !!!!!!!!!!!
