[revival-fire] [POSSIBLE SPAM] ....RETRO GIRLS.... 

******* REVIVAL FIRE!!! *******
HEY!
good God stuff happened at Club Retro on Friday......as it always does but God used me too this time.....I love seeing what God does there as I am good fruit from Club Retro myself.....
 
on my way walking over to the club I collided with Cherise (the best) and we began praying, laughing, being girls, and killing off the enemy's nasty spirits so when we went back into the club we were even more prepared~to fight and change the atmosphere............
 
things were slow we were just talking and Devon and Zack came in......
 
then  all of the sudden 2 sets of girls came in at the same time neither group knowing each other,
God really showed up as all 8 of us were together.....on the floor and chairs we sat. Cherise had very specific words of knowledge, all 4 of the girls were in awe and blown away at the accuracy and encouragement Jesus spoke through us to them, Devon was on fire as usual and spreading  his "obsession" with Jesus.....he also had the boldness to pray for dreams and visions laying hands on their heads, I watched with excitement as I could see Holy Spirit entering them......Zack really caught their attention with his words about our generation and girls.
As for me......I was in love again doing what God wants me to do love, prophesy, and encourage ....One of the girls stayed with me long after everyone left and poured out her life completely trusting in what I had to say and soooo happy to have a open ear to listen. 
 
Good stuff! 
The best way to get out of a funk, is to get out of yourself,  and get with God

     Ok, I don't know if yall' remember the last posting I sent regarding my dear buddies and co-students at RCSSM and how we went to MacDonalds, prophesied and prayed over and around the building as well to (shari) the window drive thru attendant.  Well, each one of us has continued to go back there and encourage her and I just recieved a phone call from her this morning (gave her my number once and told her if she needed prayer or anthing, to call me), and her mother, two sons and a friend are comming to Sunday morning service!  The girl (shari) told her mom one day that these women keep comming everyweek to pray for her and basicly love on her and it touched her mother's heart.  She wants to check out Family Christian Center!  Thank you Lord for interveining and creating relationships out in the marketplace!  Jesus rocks!

Now I understand why I was always told not to talk about politics or religion, especially together.
 
Some of the current discussion shows the incredible need for revival in the church.  It also shows the incredible need in revival/river/renewal churches for more revival.
 
There is so much misinformation and incredbly biased opinioned.  Listen:
 
Bush has declared his belief in Jesus and takes opportunities to continue to confess it.  Most who have judged against that do it for political not spiritual reasons.  And he will soon be out of office this next election is not about him.
 
Huckabee a Baptist minister who couldn't get over the Mormonism of Romney.  Conservative in everything but economics.
 
Obama is a liberal and a Black Nations proponent.  He does befriend terrorists, we will have to see if he actually is one.  And he is even confused if he is christian or muslim; depends on the conversation which faith he confesses.
 
Someone asked what God is saying - Lou Engle, Julie and others are saying God is telling the church to do 2 things - PRAY and Palin....
 
We need to also remember we are not to look to government for helping the poor, hungry, sick, lonely, etc.  That is what Believers are supposed to do.  The church being church..alive.
 
If all this discussion upsets you, ( and some of you are way over the top) PRAY.  If all this really bothers you -- PRAY. 
 
If you want revival....PRAY and lets start getting it right.  We need more God not more government.

[revival-fire] aroma of God part 2 

******* REVIVAL FIRE!!! *******

 
I am still in pursuit of the passionate love, the fragrance, the aroma of God. Lately,  I have noticed that I have been hearing more and more about fragrances being released in different meetings of those that call themselves God chasers (or some version of that).  The essence of myrhh, of roses, of nard have all been noticed, as well as many that there are no name for.  Could it be that the veil between heaven and earth is getting thinner?  That those hungry ones that pursue the presence and aroma of God as a starving child might chase a morsel of bread, are bringing us all closer to the thresh hold of
the bridal chamber?  Let us not despise in our hearts those that are willing to lay down everything and anyone to be in the presence of their beloved.  Let us not be Michals that mock the Davids of the world who would whirl and dance in joy and honor of our heavenly king.  God will not be mocked.  Nor should we allow any hint of mockery or judgement in ourselves toward our brother or sister in Christ.
Oh God, let us be so hungry for you that we seek you above all other things or people.  Let the cry of our hearts be for the aroma, the fragrance, the deep passionate intimacy with God.  Let the aroma of God, that is a sign and symbol of his unconditional love for us be made fully manifest in our lives.  Let us be so saturated with His aroma that there is not doubt that we are in close contact, spirit to spirit, with Jesus, the Father and His Holy Spirit.  Let us no longer be content with crumbs but push in and thru for the whole loaf so that we can come away from being with our beloved with morsels for a starving world.  Once they taste His goodness, His unconditional love, His mercy, no other fare will satisfy them.  Personally, I have smelled His aroma. I have caught a hint, a whiff of a perfume, an essence so indescribably beautiful and intoxicating that I must have more.  No matter where I have to go, including in seclusion in my quiet place with the Lord, nor what I have to give up, I must have more of Him.  His aroma is like an appetizer to the richness, the feast that is His presence.  It is a promise and an invitation of more.  And, I must have more.  I must go beyond this cage I have put myself and God into.  We must be out of the box and into the bridal chamber.  The course is set, the path chosen, the bower beckons.  I must go.  How about you? How long will you tarry and let the smell tease the edge of your senses, promising joy and union, communion with the beloved.  It is time, it is past time, let us start on the path, He will do the rest.  He always does.  We did not save ourselves, we cannot do this on our own either.  Committing to deeper intimacy is our choice and His joy to take us in and thru the process.  Step up, step in and come and soak.  Come and seek the Aroma of God.

In prayer for our nation this morning, I believe the Lord desires to give us His strategy.
I'm reminded of an old hymn  "Sweet Hour of Prayer". 
"Oh, what peace we often forfeit; oh what pain we needless bear.  All because we do not carry - everything to God in prayer."

II Chronicles 20:
12 O our God, will you not judge them? For we have no power to face this vast army that is attacking us. We do not know what to do, but our eyes are upon you."    (Set your affections on things above, not on things of the earth, and the things of earth will grow strangely dim!)

13 All the men of Judah, with their wives and children and little ones, stood there before the LORD.
14 Then the Spirit of the LORD came upon Jahaziel son of Zechariah ...

I know matt is not big on these big debating discussions, but im not going to sit back with something said against him like that, and ill do my best to not get arrogant or aggresive towards anyone. I dont know how well you know that, but ive known matt since i was 5, and he knew me before that. He constantly talks about how he is in no way bound by what is said on the news, and you dont have to personally see to it directly that something evil happens to be a terrorist. I dont see how supporting the abortion of babies isnt even the slightest terrorism. Im not saying every woman who gets an abortion is a terrorist, but that would go into another discussion id like to avoid. Matt is far from simply eliminating a abortion clinic. If every abortion clinic was closed, you couldnt talk to the women wanting to get an abortion, because they would find a metal coat hanger, go behind a dark alley and remove the baby (or something like that). And the big one about the devil possibly speaking through matt, that answer is written in Mark 3:13-27:
     23So Jesus called them and spoke to them in parables: "How can Satan drive out Satan? 24If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand. 25If a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand. 26And if Satan opposes himself and is divided, he cannot stand; his end has come. 27In fact, no one can enter a strong man's house and carry off his possessions unless he first ties up the strong man.     Im going to abstain from going against your comment on FFC to avoid getting offensive, but i will say i am by far against it. by the way no one is perfect, not me, you, matt, or anyone. That is hopefully all i have to say.

the can of worms has been open - and I am not looking forward to all of the email posts that are about to follow - and from one who helps oversee the Revival Fire postings, I ask that you all keep the posts focused on testimonies, what God is doing in the region.
It is clear that the devil is using clever deception to decieve Gods people.
The whole point of deception, is that one does not think that they are decieved.
The fact that any Christian could be supporting a terrorist like Obama, just shows you the level of deception at which the enemy is suceeding.
The problem with abortion is not the fact the people are not getting contraceptions like some think they should.  The problem is people taking responsability for their actions, or not taking responsability.
I do not want my children growing up in an age where we encourage lack of responsability or that the government has all the answers.  I want my child growing up Biblicaly, and taking re sponsability for themselves and for those and the world around them.
We all know, the last post about this was silly, silly in the sense that there are too many on this revival posting site that will send a barage towards them with responses.
Let us remember
we war not against flesh and blood
We war against the spirit of this age
a spirit which is decieving the minds of, now Christians, and a nation.
Let us intercede - and then let us frustrate this evil spirit by BOLDLY standing for justice and righteousness.  Let us agitate the enemy by speaking with LOUD voices the promises of a mighty God!
I am not waiting for McCain to be on the attack in some debate, I am going on the attack and I am making a statement to all those around me what a TRUE Christian should stand for.
Warriors - it is time that we arise and unite, and pray, and then agitate the enemy.

[revival-fire] Politics and Religion

Now I understand why I was always told not to talk about politics or religion, especially together.
 
Some of the current discussion shows the incredible need for revival in the church.  It also shows the incredible need in revival/river/renewal churches for more revival.
 
There is so much misinformation and incredbly biased opinioned.  Listen:
 
Bush has declared his belief in Jesus and takes opportunities to continue to confess it.  Most who have judged against that do it for political not spiritual reasons.  And he will soon be out of office this next election is not about him.
 
Huckabee a Baptist minister who couldn't get over the Mormonism of Romney.  Conservative in everything but economics.
 
Obama is a liberal and a Black Nations proponent.  He does befriend terrorists, we will have to see if he actually is one.  And he is even confused if he is christian or muslim; depends on the conversation which faith he confesses.
 
Someone asked what God is saying - Lou Engle, Julie and others are saying God is telling the church to do 2 things - PRAY and Palin....
 
We need to also remember we are not to look to government for helping the poor, hungry, sick, lonely, etc.  That is what Believers are supposed to do.  The church being church..alive.
 
If all this discussion upsets you, ( and some of you are way over the top) PRAY.  If all this really bothers you -- PRAY. 
 
If you want revival....PRAY and lets start getting it right.  We need more God not more government.

[revival-fire] Breast Cancer

Tuesday, I was sitting in Curves and I over heard a woman saying she had breast cancer.  When she looked my direction; I motioned for her to come over to the table where I was sitting.  I stood up and asked her if she believed in prayer and she said she did. 
 
I stepped out and asked her if I could pray for her.  She said yes....so I began to pray for her and I'm believing that God will heal her totally from cancer and that she'll become a believer after this. When you remember this please pray for her (Tracy).  Thanks for letting me share.

Let’s make sure we, as Christians/the body of Christ, aren't openly rebuking and ripping one another!!  When you post something, ask yourself, "Is this message bringing life?" Cause that's what we are called to do!! 

 

I will, as a man of God, stand for righteousness!!!  I won't endorse someone who has voted to pass partial birth abortions (one of the most in-humane ways of treating a baby) I won't endorse someone who OPENLY mocks the Bible!!!!  I won't endorse someone who does indeed have terrorist ties!!

the can of worms has been open - and I am not looking forward to all of the email posts that are about to follow - and from one who helps oversee the Revival Fire postings, I ask that you all keep the posts focused on testimonies, what God is doing in the region.
It is clear that the devil is using clever deception to decieve Gods people.
The whole point of deception, is that one does not think that they are decieved.
The fact that any Christian could be supporting a terrorist like Obama, just shows you the level of deception at which the enemy is suceeding.
The problem with abortion is not the fact the people are not getting contraceptions like some think they should.  The problem is people taking responsability for their actions, or not taking responsability.
I do not want my children growing up in an age where we encourage lack of responsability or that the government has all the answers.  I want my child growing up Biblicaly, and taking re sponsability for themselves and for those and the world around them.
We all know, the last post about this was silly, silly in the sense that there are too many on this revival posting site that will send a barage towards them with responses.
Let us remember
we war not against flesh and blood
We war against the spirit of this age
a spirit which is decieving the minds of, now Christians, and a nation.
Let us intercede - and then let us frustrate this evil spirit by BOLDLY standing for justice and righteousness.  Let us agitate the enemy by speaking with LOUD voices the promises of a mighty God!
I am not waiting for McCain to be on the attack in some debate, I am going on the attack and I am making a statement to all those around me what a TRUE Christian should stand for.
Warriors - it is time that we arise and unite, and pray, and then agitate the enemy.

[revival-fire] Trust

  When I got pregnant, God told me He would handle it, and He would make everything work.  I should have trusted Him since He always does!  But I am human so give me a break... haha

In the 4th month of my pregnancy I had some blood work done, and when the results came back the doctors told me there was about a 1 in 39 chance that my daughter was positive for trisomy 18 (a condition of having a double 18 chromosome) in which case almost no babies survive the pregnancy, and if they do they're extremely challenged and only survive a year at the most.  We didn't know what to do.  They scheduled us an ultra sound and amnio test to make sure, and if she was positive they would want me to terminate her.  We prayed and headed to our testing.  The ultra sound went perfect, no signs of trisomy 18, but we had the amnio done just to be sure, and still nothing!!!  Today she is 1 month old and perfectly healthy.  Not a problem in sight. God is totally taking care of us just like he promised.

Since starting school of ministry last week, my whole life has been flattened! And, this is good....

 

God seems to be coming at me from every angle. From new parenting skills (these were desperately needed) in certain situations with my kids, to aligning my husband & I in new ways - removing enemy tactics that used to stop our anointing flow, to showing me how to WAR in love (what a concept!), now to a supernatural exposure to healing. (and we only finished week 2!)

 

I have always thought, God you say I can heal, why doesn't anything happen when I pray for people to get healed? It really bugged me. Then, Bill & Carol Dew came to minister to our school today, and she went into a description of healing. The thing I learned is that God uses me more so in INNER healing with others. I had completely discounted this healing aspect! To further it along - she described how to walk in an atmosphere of healing as well as practical steps to minister. As she was describing things, I was going through my own course of healing. My tooth which has been bugging me for a long time, close to a year - has gotten worse recently (actually since starting school!). As she showed us as a class what to watch for - and ways to minister, it was being acted out in my tooth pain... It was incredible - that God gave me a step by step of how the process goes - as more than words but an actual healing in my mouth b efore she described each step.

 

At the end of our time with them, we were prayed for and I was slammed! I felt like I flew back, but I don't quite know for sure.  As I was on the ground, God showed me that he was birthing something in me.... I literally felt like I was in childbirth (absent the intense back pain), but actually birthing something. He showed me how He wanted me to do certain things, where it would end up, who would be the ones to work with, and ways of deliverance. He showed me in the course of a few minutes so much, I felt like my head was spinning or reading a computer screen at super fast motion, and all the things he showed me were fast and intense. The pictures of young girls who don't get their worth, boys and their walls, parentless children, a younger generation that is dying for something more! Before I would grasp something some thing would pop up on the other side, they just kept coming, and coming, a nd com ing….  I am filled with tears as I even write this. It is too much to try and share.

 

The equipping that He delivered unto me makes total sense in my spirit, but my mind cannot wrap around the concept. I am truly swimming in the presence of God.

 

I had to leave for work, but was too wasted (in the spirit) to drive. But somehow he got me there. I kept waiting to be able to walk straight, but it never happened so I had to leave for work. Once there, sitting at my desk - trying to pretend not to be completely hammered by the Holy Ghost, while the office & my boss walked through making small talk. hahahaha.... It reminded me of teenage years when I would pretend not to be hammered so my parents wouldn't know! HAH.

 

I always wondered what people meant when they would say - 'I am ruined!' My mind would be think, it cannot possibly be that intense - because it never stayed long enough for me to understand it. But now I am going on hour 5, wasted, and shaking, crying and laughing. At my desk, in my law office, trying to focus & be normal, when nothing about me is NORMAL right now.

 

I get it. Now - I too am ruined. To be over the top - and too far gone to come back... I get it. Bring it God, I am willing!
