It is well with my soul

 

Tho the seas may billow and roll.  Tho the mountainous waves threaten to flatten me to nothing

It seems as if the Lord Himself has blown upon the waves to wash away anything built by man-made hands, anything that will not withstand the storm sent by the adversary.

 No matter what tsunami is headed my way, I have learned to say "It is well with my soul"!  I have learned that I have a choice, Do I accept sorrow and suffering as teachers and helpers?  Do I let the Lord turn them to Joy and Peace? Or do I try, as I often have before to do all things on my own.

 

It seems that no matter what the circumstance, no matter what the blow, No matter what a loved one does that looks like rejection and abandonment. The answer is still to declare; yes you guessed it "It is well with my soul"

 

I have, I hope permanently, given up trying to fix my life and the relationships I am in.

The truth is, nothing seemed to effect a permanent change in very trying relationships

and situations, anyway!  I have put on the altar my hopes, my dreams, all the promises of the Lord, to be burned in the fire of His choosing and I wait upon Him to see what remains.

 

All things are in His hands, finally, absolutely, I have realized the futility of trying to keep them in mine. I cannot bear the weight anymore, and I was never meant to carry it on my own, anyhow.  I remember praying and asking God to teach me to love unconditionally.  What a loaded prayer that was!  It seems that all of these storms are having His perfect work in my life and the flesh is being crucified, bit by bit.

As I look about at the storms that are rolling thru my life, our state, our nation.  I tremble.

And yet, again.  "It is well with my soul" Is well with the souls of all those who call our Savior by name! He is the author and finisher of our faith!  He will take all of our choices, the good and the bad and, if we allow Him to do so, make them a path way to freedom, to Joy for all of us, individually and corporately.  We need not be in fear.  We need not cower or rant and rave at circumstances!  We need to look to the one who is Love and let Him teach us to love unconditionally, unreservedly and passionately all those who are still in bondage, redeemed and as yet, unredeemed.  Nothing is too hard for Him, even bringing good out of the bad choices we make.  There is nothing in our nation to hard for our Lord to work His healing touch in and thru.  Let us do our part, let us follow after Him passionately and whole heartedly.  One of the first promised I received from the Lord was that I would seek Him and find Him when I searched with my whole heart.  I have come to realize that it was not an attitude of giving it everything "I got" but rather a yielding and letting Him take out everything that I "got" and replacing it with His heart of unconditional love.  And for our nation, for us as the body of Christ, this is what is required of us in this intense season we are now in.  We must give up everything, our rights, our pride, our preconceived notions and our pre-judgments and ask God to replace them with everything that is only of Him!!  It is time for all or nothing.  How do you vote?

[revival-fire] Friday Night Alive in Wales

Wow, I feel tonight we had  one of the most powerful times in the Spirit. I felt all the time during ministry time that the Holy Spirit was doing a really deep work, surfacing things that needed to be flushed away. It soon became quite clear that He was doing just that: a healing process from the very roots! A lady who started visiting our church a few weeks back gave a testimony of freedom from a past of abuse. This was quite powerful not only because of what God started doing in her life but also because she felt free enough to share about it in spite of the stigma such an experience carries, and that was a sign of freedom too!

 

It was good to see several new faces, people are just beginning to pop in, sometimes just out of the streets like the man who was on his way to kill himself when "something" moved him to come to the hotel where we were holding the miracle service, and a miracle did he get! Saved, restored to hope, and a new beginning all packed in one! We really believe that it was God who led the way into starting these miracle services as it is not just another meeting or another activity, but the gatherings are showing a real presence of God that is making a difference, for real  -and this is most interesting- not only in the people that come seeking a miracle but also in ourselves as we minister to others. God truly has a taste about doing things to surprise us!

 

Worship was awesome, and by the end it was as if people were glued to their seats: they did not want to leave! The presence of God was growing in intensity! We need to keep pressing heaven to for more of His presence to manifest. I am confident that soon we will see the fulfillment of a prophecy God gave me years back saying  that:  "there is a time when a meeting will start at the scheduled time and will not stop but go into a 24/7 gathering, without planning and without announcements, it will just happen as the Holy Spirit falls and people will stay put!  Let's press on for an increase in supernatural presence and power of the Holy Spirit.

In Light of the Election Results   God has a greater plan. [revival-fire] PROPHETIC ACTION

******* REVIVAL FIRE!!! *******    

Last night at CLUB RETRO as the bands set the stage to perform, GOD was setting the stage inside the prophetic reading room.

GOD has been showing up in this little unassuming space we call our spiritual reading room.  He's been comming in POWER and

his GLORY  is filling this tiny room with his presence.  (1 corinthians 14:3 niv.-But everyone who prophesies speaks to men

for their strenghtening, encouragement and comfort.)  As we sat in this place we began to talk about the great things that GOD has done for us in our life

We began to proclaim his goodness, his presenence becoming apparent.  Then as we invite the HOLYSPIRIT into that place we are

consumed by his GLORY.  Only now are we ready to prophecy.  Incredible things took place last night,  prophetic words were spoken.

Encouraging words from the father filled the air.  His words were specific and right on time.  It was awsome.  GOD is so good.

And if that wasent enough one of our readings touched a young girl in such a powerful way that she gave her heart to JESUS right

there in our little unassuming spiritual reading room.

Honest nights are a dime a dozen but broken people are always a constant.

Last night (thursday night) was a beautiful blend of both.

Last night at the club i had the priviledge of having a conversation with a girl and hear her story. Her story was that of pain, addiction, but most of all it was about hope. I aked if she would allow her story to be told. And she agreed saying that it would be fine...something I did not expect...So I will tell her story humbily and in respect for her story, because her story matters.

I sat in patiebce and love as I listened to her tell her story.

She told me of the pressure she had walked in, of how she felt like everyone never saw the tru side of her. She was a strong girl and made a strong effort to appear so but she told me that that heaviness...that because she was expected to preform a certain way..she had fallin into addiction. She then began to tell me of how infront of her entire youth group during a "confession night" she stood before all of her friends and said that she was more than she appeared and that she struggled with pain and addiction and that she had attempted suicide two nights before. She told me that after that moment she turned her back on addiction and that the "coming down" has been hard but that she is perservering. As she ended her story she wiped away tears and recounted instances in which there had been bad days.

What you need to know is...this girl was not some black clthes wearing tatooed up perced up crazy haired wearing rocker chick. She was a normal girl down to her blonde ponytail. She was easily the prettiest girl in the room and yet she had dealt with so much...things we stereotype to crazy looking teenagers.

 I looked at her and began to tell her that her story mattered and that SHE mattered. I told her that I understood that her pain was real and that I was not scared of her pain because I had experienced the same realness of pain as she had and that Jesus took that pain upon himself for me. I told her that she was meant to be loved...that I loved her and so did Jesus. I told her that she was made to be clothed in white dresses and adorn silver crowns of jewels because she was Princess and she was Royalty. I told her that what she experienced what she had overcome and that her dreams and passions...those things matter. But most of all i told her "Know that you are loved and that you matter" I told her that there will be hard days, days where it is difficult to smile, but that in those days remember that she is loved and that those days will pass. 

By the end she was wiping back tears...holding my hand and thanking me. I reminded her of her royalty and gave her my contact info with a promise of always being on the other side of that phone, morning noon or night. We then hugged and she went on her way home.

After everyone had left one of the leaders in the prophetic room said "Man that girl, she is broken...she is messed up." 

I thought to my self and this is my challenge to everyone

"yes this is very true...but what are you truely gonna do to help?"

[revival-fire] Steping out in Boldness

I've always felt like i couldn't hear God. That i wasn't listening to the right frequency on the radio, i wasn't tuned to the right station so to speak. And even today in school we had to do this Treasure Hunt. We had to pray, write down what we were hearing and go to where he was leading us. The whole time we were praying when i was asking God for direction my mind was blank. It was like there was nothing going on in my mind. And that is the normal thing for me when it comes to the prophetic and hearing God.

So after work today i felt like i should go and hang out for a while at Club Retro. I debated back and forth and finally found out one of my close friends was going to be working in the prophetic room so i decided to go. I got there about 8:30 and the prophetic room was busy and so i wandered around the club. When it was finally free i snuck in and said hi to everyone and sat in during the next prophetic reading. The whole time i was just praying to God for him to just tell me something anything.

After those people left it was Me, Kevin and Sandy hanging out in the prophetic room. They were just talking about some of the other things they were hearing from God and didn't get to speak that into those peoples lives. I told them how i just want to hear God. Kevin then shared how he had the greatest break through just the previous week and how God had used him. It was such an encouragement. And we were just sharing with each other the wonderful things God has done, how he has shown his glory and his power. And then kevin and sandy decided to pray over me. They were praying that i would get a direct download from the Holy Spirit. And Kevin told me that he was specifically hearing that i was hearing God, that i just wasn't stepping out in boldness about what he was saying. That i just had to be bold in my faith and i would hear God and i would speak into someones life.

Well I started to hear God. And i wasnt quite sure but i decided to see if i was getting anything for Kevin and i was and i was right on. I was speaking about a current and direct situation in his life. IT WAS SOOOO ENCOURAGING..

So soon after that these two girls came in. And i was getting some serious things about one of the girls past and how that effected her. And it opened up for kevin to be able to relate some of his life story to hers and to give her hope. She was soo touched and so moved to hear all this amazing stuff and how God truly loved her She gave her Life to Christ right there in the prophetic room.

GOD is SOOOOOO Goood. I know that it wasnt through anything by me alone. That it was only through all of us listening to God and doing his will and stepping out in faith and boldness that we were able to bring God to that girl. I know that i will never be the same after tonight and i know that if i just step out of my comfort zone and speak even if im afraid i'll be wrong that i can help to bring change into someones life.

[revival-fire] Obedience=JESUS

Last night at Hearbeat Youth was so crazy! The Holy Spirit was so thick in that place last night... It was really cool because the guy (Vlad) who I prophesied over in Club Retro a few weeks ago texted me before service and asked me what time it was.   This was really cool becuase he had come the week after he showed up to Retro. But then he skipped the next week, and he had left the previous weeks early. I was slightly discouraged, because he had been saved in the prophecy room and now I felt like he wasn't going to come back. But that text really raised my hopes, and sure enough Vlad showed up before service.   I was really nervous, I really wanted him to experience the Holy Ghost, but last week he had left early, and I was really unsure about the whole situation. I even worried when we didn't dive into worship right away. Jamie settled into the message after announcements, and that worried me even more. I had promised him something different, but as far as anyone could tell this was a normal service.   Until... Jamie gave the message! It was a great word for a first or second timer. It was all about obedience equalling faith and faith equalling power in the Holy Spirit. Jamie touched on a lot of the Gifts, and a few youth gave tesitimonies before the message. After that we jumped into worship, Jamie gave the altar call, and Vlad jumped up.   "Praise God! He's going up." But I still was worried. "Oh no, what's gonna happen if he gets prayed for and nothing happens? He's gonna leave for sure!" But God was faithful and Vlad got an incredible encounter with God, and by the end of the night was slain in the Spirit.   At the end I just had to hit myself. Why was I so concerned? I was obedient to the Spirit! I prophesied the word of knowledge He gave me. A heart change happened, and the situation was out of my hands. My worrying was in vain! It was the same as Jamie's message that same night. GOD KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING! All we have to do is be obedient, and He sees it through. As long as we're obedient there is nothing else to do. There was no sense in me worrying "Oh no, we didn't jump into worship first," God had his plan to let Jamie give the message first, and it was obviously a greater plan than mine. we started no money down, on our conditions... miracle , yes...

God set up the pastors, of whom I am one.  Who are amazingly in unity about vision and Jesus.

ok , every month is a miracle to get through. All the pastors work regular Jobs and we all pitch in as much as we can  and God says "keep doing what you are doing"  ...

 

Well we found out our commercial septic system is cracked and will cost us about 100 thousand to replace and is not up to code.  ...... 

The city we know at some time will be putting in sewer  at some point so how can we pay for both.

 

Ok so monday we get a call from the company putting in the sewer lines for the city. They ask if they can store equipment on our huge parking lot. They don't want to pay rent but they will, put in a septic tank if we need one and connect us to the city .... since they have the manpower and would rather trade than pay rent...  wow ok they will also send their  guys to fix up our building electrical etc.

 

wow ,  worthy is the Lamb....

we prayed tonight as we met with our core group of workers and we asked God to bless this company and the city . What a provision....

I just had to share because when we heard it was woe how can we deal with this new problem..

It truly is God's building and His project  ....

I just had to share because I thought tonight the  meeting was going to be  lot of people ready to give up on a dream and instead it was soooo encouraging....

[revival-fire] Craziness

Last night I too was at Heartbeat youth. The presence of God was so strong. It has seemed that the last 3-4 weeks there has been just and increase on our campus.

 

Jaime and myself for the last 3 weeks have had the opportunity to do three different deliverances after service. The oppression and possession of the demonic has not been able to stay when it comes into the presence of God. Therefore people have been getting set free of different things. Thank you Jesus!

 

What an awesome opportunity to be apart of people getting free.

So last night at youth we had 4 SALVATIONS!! 1 Person filled with the holy spirit and some deliverance going on!!!! It's really amazing seeing the passion and hunger of these young people rise!

One of the people that recieved Christ last night came because of Club Retro! He was here a few weeks ago and went to the spiritual readings room, got prophesied over and then came to youth last night! God rocked his world. He was saved, delivered, and FILLED WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT!!!

God is so amazing!!!!

[revival-fire] The Intimate Love of the Father

******* REVIVAL FIRE!!! *******    

For a long time I had been praying David's prayer in Psalms over myself-- "Search my heart and know me; see if there be any wicked (idolatrous) way within me."

Last week myself and some friends went to see Heidi Baker at the Thunder in the Bay Conference in San Jose. God gave me a personal throne room encounter, and a deep precious infilling of inner healing and intimate Fatherly love.

Near the close of her sermon, Heidi said "Some of you abort the promises-- some of you have reasons why you can't fulfill the promises God gave you. For some of you its when you get your healing, some of you its anger, some of you its bitterness." For some reason, as she said the phrase "some of you its bitterness", I heard my voice in my head say "that's me". Though outwardly I could not see how I was bitter (having gone through extensive inner healing and forgiveness), something within my inner man could not deny that this was somehow true. Puzzled, I accepted and decided to go along with whatever God was doing.

As she finished her sermon, I began to shake in oscillating prayer. As the woman in front of me began to pray for more, I was pushed to the ground by the Holy Spirit. I immediately began to weep, and feelings to deep sorrow overtook me. My brain could not process where these feelings came from. I sobbed and wept thinking, "Why am I crying?"
I then heard my own voice in my head desperately crying things like "God I am so lonely inside!" "God, I need a Mother and a Father!"etc.  Immediately as these phrases popped into my head I was confused, yet I felt a strong urge from the Holy Spirit to accept this as true.

God then led me through specific of events from my past which I thought that I was healed of. I saw visions of the darkest, most painful times in my life--  times when I literally had no comfort from anyone, and I would cry out to God yet never heard his voice. Yet these visions were new, an updated version of my life: these events played out as they did in real life, except I saw Jesus, the Holy Spirit, and God the loving Father all comforting me, and a band of angels warring around me.

I then realized that this was related to the area of bitterness that I did not know I had. As Christians we are told that God is the loving Father, that we are a new creation in Christ Jesus, etc. Though my brain convinced me that I believed these things wholeheartedly, part of my heart did not believe it. Part of me was still heartbroken. I wanted to believe in these things. Yet I had trouble reconciling this idea of a "loving Father that cares about all parts of our lives" with the reality of the pain that I felt growing up. This bitterness was related to the fact that, though I was sincerely crying out to God, I never once heard His voice or felt His touch in those specific instances (those displayed in the visions).

Another problem that I had was that in our church inner healing, we often walk through problems with the idea that "God is rewriting my past, that Today I am a secure adult with Jesus as my security." Yet again, I struggled with this. Why does God have to "rewrite" my past Today, when I asked Him to intervene Before?? Why didn't He do something Then??

As I saw these visions, I realized that this was The complete truth about my past: That God was moved by my cries, and that He was there comforting and protecting me. And God told me that No-- He was not rewriting anything, and that He didn't need to. These visions were not theoretical, nor were they 'rewrites'. They were exactly how my life played out, whether or not I felt Him in those times.

After the series of painful memories, I saw a vision of myself on God the Father's lap as He sat on the throne. He was affirming me over and over again, blasting out the lies one by one: "You are loved just the way you are Today", "I love you whether or not you fulfill your promises", "I love you the same whether you go backwards or forwards", "I am proud of you Today just the way you are" etc. My family background is one of perfection and performance; love and value were based on fear and works. Though I often tried to shake it, this unfortunately carried into my Christian walk. I could handle Jesus the Savior/ Friend and God the Creator, but I hated to admit that I was afraid of God the Father. This feeling always lingered that somehow God wasn't pleased with me, that maybe I wasn't doing enough. Yet here I was, a deeply loved and cherished child, in the throne room with God.

I believe that God wants to and is going to heal the church of our emotional wounds. I believe that this is the cry of the Father's heart-- "that we may be set free by the renewing of our minds"-- that All, believers and nonbelievers alike, may Experience the intimate, joyful love of the Father Who cherishes us deeply.

I was impressed by one thing that Heidi repeated over and over again: "All I am is a laid down lover of God." This from a woman who radiates God's love, whether speaking at conferences in the US, feeding thousands of orphans by faith, or boldly preaching the Gospel amidst constant death threats.

Let us all become laid down lovers of God, children who are secure and emboldened by the Heavenly Father's radiant and passionate love.

THE HEAVENS OPENED

The meetings across north Wales, and in Cardiff and Newport in south

Wales, were powerful and anointed.  People were saved, Babtized in the

Holy Ghost and lots of healings.  Also, the leaders have been greatly

encouraged and people have had the revelation of the ministry of Jesus 

activated in their lives. 

 

HOLY GHOST FIRE .. AND GOLD DUST

The fire of Pentecost has fallen in many of the services and the Glory has

been tangible.  Gold dust has also appeared on several occasions. 

 

THE SEER ANOINTING

Last night at a prayer meeting in Newport two ladies drove over an hour

.. one from England, and one from west Wales .. to report answers and

confirmations to "visions" and "words" that Grace had given them on our

visit here a year ago.  There have also been several testimonies given of

notable healings and miracles that manifested from our previous crusades

here.

 

Now, we are on to Cardigan in West Wales, then Queensferry in north east

Wales, then Liverpool in England, then back to the Golden State!

 

Please pray for a continued and increased move of the Holy Spirit.

Dear all

We are a startup church,  two years old , in a 10,000 sqft Bar.

we started no money down, on our conditions... miracle , yes...

God set up the pastors, of whom I am one.  Who are amazingly in unity about vision and Jesus.

ok , every month is a miracle to get through. All the pastors work regular Jobs and we all pitch in as much as we can  and God says "keep doing what you are doing"  ...

 

Well we found out our commercial septic system is cracked and will cost us about 100 thousand to replace and is not up to code.  ...... 

The city we know at some time will be putting in sewer  at some point so how can we pay for both.

 

Ok so monday we get a call from the company putting in the sewer lines for the city. They ask if they can store equipment on our huge parking lot. They don't want to pay rent but they will, put in a septic tank if we need one and connect us to the city .... since they have the manpower and would rather trade than pay rent...  wow ok they will also send their  guys to fix up our building electrical etc.

 

wow ,  worthy is the Lamb....

we prayed tonight as we met with our core group of workers and we asked God to bless this company and the city . What a provision....

I just had to share because when we heard it was woe how can we deal with this new problem..

It truly is God's building and His project  ....

I just had to share because I thought tonight the  meeting was going to be  lot of people ready to give up on a dream and instead it was soooo encouraging....

Fire Night at NorthBay!

In this wonderful season of God's unprecedented release of His presence and glory among us, it is with great joy and delight that we welcome Pastor Keith and Heather Ferrante as our guests.

Keith and Heather are overseers of the second year of Potters house, School of the supernatural. They spent ten years as Senior Leaders at Shiloh Gateway of Worship in Willits CA. Their heart's desire is to raise up revivalists who know how to change cultures, walk in their prophetic destiny, and bring the Kingdom of God to earth with signs and wonders following.

We have been seeing wonderful miracles of healing, impartation and breakthrough during these times of Fire! Bring those who need healing, restoration or deliverance - God is here to touch and restore lives.
