This attached "WORD FOR CALIFORNIA" especially interested me because for about the last 18 months, both my friend Sally and I have seen the number "11" everywhere we go! 11:11 11:1 1:11 etc etc
I have been bringing it to Harlyn's attention as well "there's another 11:11"
We all had the sense that God was trying to tell us something, but didn't know exactly what. We researched the number 11 and found it can mean "chaos and disorder" so we would just pray when we saw the 11's.
I believe the last word on the attachment by John Kilpatrick (pastor of Brownsville Revival) is also very significant for our nation concerning disaster.
Last Friday -- I woke up with a prophetic song coming out of me. I immediately knew it was a warning from the Lord. I arose and wrote it down:
Joel 2 speaks about the "great and terrible day of the Lord."
The day of the Lord is coming
The day of the Lord is near
The day of the Lord is upon us
The day is almost here.
So arise and awake from your slumber
Arise and awake from your ease
The day of the Lord is upon us
Awake, prepare, and believe.
Amos tell us that the Lord never does anything in the earth without first revealing His secrets to His servants.
The Bible also tells us that those who listen to His prophets are wise and will prosper.
The church can awake to reality! The reality is that there are disasters are on every side of us, and we are called to be Jesus' hands extended during these times. Ask the Lord what you can do to make preparations to be a blessing when called upon. Extra water? Extra blankets? Know first aid? There are many practical ways we can prepare to be a blessing.
The Word for California also addresses the purpose of the Lakeland Revival. These words are the Lord's kindness to give us time to be a blessing and reveal His hand of salvation to many. Our greatest need for preparation is in our Spirit ~ stay intimate with Jesus so He can flow through us to save, heal and deliver as He directs us. Tune your ear to listen for your Father's heartbeat. Prepare, awake, and believe.
