Subject: 12 Hours to Pray With San Francisco on 08-08-08 Released

TWELVE HOURS TO PRAY WITH SAN FRANCISCO FOR BREAKTHROUGH ON 08-08-08 10 AM TO 10 PM  Whether in SF or elsewhere, please join the Body of Christ as one voice!                                                                                                          Plan of ACTION for the San Francisco Solemn Assembly for this Friday, 08/08/08 (See Attachments for participation.) The first Solemn Assembly began in Sacramento at the State Capitol and moved throughout the state. This Friday is #7 and the final Solemn Assembly in SF.  These have been facilitated by CA Houses of Prayer and Justice Houses of Prayer under the leadership of Roger Joyner. Lou Engle has changed his schedule so he can participate in SF. Others throughout the state are encouraged to come. In conjunction with the Assemblies, Prayer Sieges have been happening at Abortion Clinics throughout the state including 50 clinics in LA, 31 clinics in the Bay Area with "Communion" being taken at each one.   At each place where a Solemn Assembly was held the trumpet was sounded, signaling an END to abortions! There is a calling forth for a change of laws, an establishment of RIGHTEOUS Godly laws as Watchmen ask "God, what is the resident grace in this region?" then calling forth that grace to abound. Ask God to change the hearts of leaders who enthrone evil by laws or else to replace them -Psalms 94: 16, 20-2.  Realize God loves His children and His eyes are upon us.  The input below is from many different individuals who were on today's conference call.  We are not mentioning most of the names of those who prayed as there are many and we all understand it was the Holy Spirit speaking and praying through us. God and they know what He has placed on the hearts and in the minds of each one. Roger Joyner said "For San Francisco to truly be a City of Refuge there must be":   -No abortion clinics -Spirit of adoption upon the church -Fostered care for children -A cry for Mercy and that God would purify me first -Repentance on the part of the men and women who allowed unborn babies to be murdered   Jose Erazo from SJHOP shared what warfare intercessor Nita Johnson taught on: 4 Levels of Priestly Intercession  (Hebrews 5:7) The prayer from the intellect or with our mind and full control of self, is the weakest form of prayer and yet it is the most common in the church today. This type of prayer does not avail much in hard situations and areas with deep roots of sin. We want to move out from this type of prayer and transition to praying in the Spirit - Romans 8:26-28, Hebrews 5:7 1 – Weeping Prayers - Sensing the weight of God's Heart and identifying with God's Heart causes you to cry with tears. 2 – Groaning Prayer– Deep groans from within your womb. This is a very powerful form of prayer that can change a situation. 3 – Birthing Prayers – The person feels and sounds like they are birthing a baby. This is a very high level of intercession that will cause great changes in a situation. 4. Wailing Prayer - Highest level of Intercession - Your entire body and spirit feel the intercession. It is as if you have lost a loved one. Weeping, wailing, groaning all at once, overtaking you body, soul and spirit. "Identify with the sin of man, the sin of the land." This is where we want to target our prayer levers for every topic and not stop till we sense the Holy Spirit say it is done.   Strategies: *Pray 2 Chron. 7:14 with fervor and understanding *Actively move into what Jesus did in Hebrews 5:7 *Realize Jesus is the Lion, He is the Judge, He is FULL of Love and desires that NO man shall perish! *Meditate on Ezekiel 22: 24 , 30 and be that watchman who will stand in the gap! *Cry out for a spirit of intercession, that the Holy Spirit would lead and guide our prayers with our Head Intercessor JESUS CHRIST! *Take authority over the enemy, plead the Blood of Jesus as led, repent, call for an end to the innocent blood of abortion, cry out for those who have been deceived by homosexuality *Repent for the shedding of innocent blood on the land which is ultimately about covenant breaking and brings defilement on the land. See Deut. 21: 1-9 for removing blood guilt. *Repent for men for not protecting the woman they made pregnant and for destroying the unborn. *Declare God's Word - WASH THE LAND WITH WORD OF GOD. *Declare a Marriage Covenant with God for the state that deals with areas of repentance (see attachment). *Communion: Join with leaders in San Francisco by taking Communion for the remission of sins and new life. *Pray for a spirit of purity to displace homosexuality and pray: God, JUDGE the spirit of homosexuality that has enslaved millions. Save the Daniels who cannot get free but who want freedom.  (Lou Engle had a dream of a man crying to be set free from homosexuality, then Lou saw large praying hands over the Golden Gate Bridge).                                                                                      *See the Priesthood of the Believer coming into pre-eminance - Michael Dowling saw Phinehas who interceded and then took action. Enrique Morales saw Joshua being cleansed when he shared with him. Read Zechariah 3:1-10 emphasis vs.9 - "and I will remove iniquity and the guilt of this land in a single day." (Amplied)  *Declare: "THE TIME IS HERE TO SEE A SHIFT IN CALIFORNIA !" *Listen to the Father's voice and the leading of the Holy Spirit...heed and follow, humbly and reverently. Two more vitally important Prayer Movements within our state - Christian Native Americans and others are covering the portals as The Big Bear Medicine Wheel Gathering is happening on 08-08-08 , New Age and ungodly.  An attachment from Governor's Prayer Team Director Stephanie Steele is included regarding this unholy event with Scriptures to pray and proclaim. Let us call those participating to salvation and to the knowledge of our Lord and Savior JESUS CHRIST! And as you pray please keep 'YES on Proposition 8' at the forefront of your prayers, the One man/One woman Marriage Amendment.                                                                                                       Key to Intercession: Ezekiel 22: 24, 30; Proverbs 21: 21-22 "Son of Man, say to her: 'You are a land that is not cleansed or rained on in the day of indignation. So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it; but I found no one...."   A New Covering The land needs to be cleansed of the defilement on it through the washing of the Word. We need to ask God to rain His restoration and healing down upon us. As we prayed on a conference call this week we saw a white linen cloth placed over Roger Joyner, the corners being held by women in the state. It is the garment of purity and holiness. A huge white linen has been prepared for the state. Four Angels are waiting to drop it on the land. Come down and cover our state Lord God!  The cover will be brought down through prayers of repentance and deep groaning in intercession resulting in new birth.   New Garments for Intercession As we were praying we saw new priestly garments fall upon those interceding for the State. In the recent past someone saw the state coming together to pray for San Francisco in the form of praying hands over the Golden Gate Bridge .   New Attitudes "God is looking for believers to stand in the gap on behalf of California and we are those intercessors. We as the Church must repent for our attitudes towards the homosexual community and replace faultfinding with intercession. It is also our responsibility to plead the Blood of Jesus over the innocent bloodshed of millions of unborn babies and intercede for all those in authority."  -Lou Engle One of the Hebrew words for intercession is "Paga" which means to stake oneself alongside another such as a stake is used to hold up and tomato plant. If we would pray for those caught in homosexuality or abortion, we must also be willing to stake ourselves next to them. The religious leaders of Christ's day were willing to judge and exclude the lepers and prostitutes of His day but they weren't willing to go stake themselves next to them. Jesus spoke to the leaders of His day about how they were relating to the lost  "For I say to you, that unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven.(Revival zone)" (Matt. 5: 20)  Jerry Bowers   New Actions Our actions and words must agree with the heart of God for the lost. We are to bless those who curse us and do good to those who despitefully use us. (Matt. 5: 44 – 48) Prayer for those who are caught in sin must be accompanied by actions of love and blessing so they can know how much God loves them. Jesus declared He was anointed to bring the Gospel to the broken and those in bondage. (Luke 4: 18) The outpouring of His glory will be for the same purpose.   New Outpouring Prayers of repentance and intercession need to be followed with a massive outpouring of love and blessing upon the people being prayed for. The State of California needs to do more than speak about the problems of the people living in San Francisco . We need to stake ourselves next to this city and its people so that we see "Praying Hands" over it that also bless. The state needs to come and stand on the walls of the Bay Area. As in Nehemiah's day we will see the Lord fight for us because we are standing together in Him. (Neh. 4: 19-20)
