I just wanted to write about God providing in finances. Finances has always been hard for me to trust God in, even when I've paid my tithes. I would normally feel I could never ask God for anything unless I've done over and above. But lately I've just been asking God to take care of me. The end of last week, I had overpaid my credit cards and left myself with nothing to live on, because I've been trying to be extremely consistent with getting out of debt. It was going to overdraw me. So I get home, and I got this random $50 check in the mail, from this guy who owed me money for hitting my car a while ago. It was exactly what I needed to get by the rest of the week.
Also in some weird way I got 9.8 hours of overtime, which happened to only that way because of how my time card works, which gave me $200 for christmas! I didn't actually work 9.8, but I ended up working 6 days in a time period, so how it works it's kinda weird, but I would of been a day short the next week, so thats why I had to work a day more in that week, which gave me the overtime.
And one more thing, my phone broke, and I called my phone company, and they said it couldn't be fixed, but the guy on the phone told me he was just going to send me a new one because he felt bad that my phone broke. I would of had to pay $55 dollars for a new one! or more maybe!
All this has really been building my faith to believe for bigger things. I'm still on the journey to see it all taken care of. But just hearing God's voice thru all this has been amazing! There has just been an increase in his presence, and I know it's because I've been stepping in more, but it's just exciting to see God's reality in your life! Just had to share some awesome encouragement! I'm so excited! GOD IS SO FRIKKIN GOOD!!!
Love you GOD/Jesus!
Cherise
