During our nation's infancy, our founding fathers recognized the importance of a basic Judeo-Christian worldview in securing the United States' future and the need for religion and morality to defend its security and future prosperity. Daniel Webster said, "To preserve the government we must also preserve morals. Morality rests on religion; if you destroy the foundation, the superstructure must fall. When the public mind becomes vitiated and corrupt, laws are a nullity and constitutions are waste paper."

Yet, this is where we stand today in 2008. Millions of lives continue to be lost, sacrificed on the altar of "choice." And now, the latest "choice" – or "right" to be promoted is the "right" of men to marry men, and women to marry women. Children defy their parents, because they, too, have "rights" despite their young ages and need for parental guidance. Everyone is doing what is right in his or her own eyes.

Our state and nation are in need of a spiritual reawakening and a return to the basic truths so apparent to our founders. "...no truth is more evident to my mind than that the Christian Religion must be the basis of any government intended to secure the rights and privileges of a free people." (Noah Webster)

As an election crossroads approaches November 4, pray that there will be a revival of spiritual truth in the United States and that Christians will return to the truths of a biblical worldview. Pray that pastors will rise to the task before them and prepare their congregants to be good citizens. Equipped with truth, pray citizens will register to vote, reject moral relativism, and cast discerning votes reflecting a true biblical worldview.

Fuel Conference kicked off last night at Family Christian Center and really all I can say is WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm not going to lie...it was not what I expected, not in the least bit. It was more amazing than I could have imagined AND IT WAS ONLY THE FIRST NIGHT! God seriously blew me away. Just standing on stage, looking around at all of the 400+ people in the room going after God with complete abandonment, just totally desperate for Him! I couldn't help but cry...so overwelmed with emotions, so in awe of how AMAZING He truly is!!

This isn't just another conference...This is history in the making! Walls are comming down, people are leaving EQUIPED and ready for battle!

I don't even know how to describe what happened last night at FUEL. There's just something about 400-500 people (mainly youth/young adults) reckelessly pursuing God!! I was honestly taken back by how hungry this generation is!! In worship, I was looking around at how many of them were going after God, I mean really going after God...and God didn't dissappoint!! There were salvations...healings...PEOPLE GETTING FILLED WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT!!!!

Last night was simply amazing. We packed out the church with at least 300 young people and adults! And when the worship began the whole room was on their feet dancing and praising the lord!

As i walked to go outside for a second and walked back in to the front of the stage, I walked by hundreds of people! I instantly knew that this was how it will be when we praise him in heaven, the great multitude!

When matt started praying over people it started getting crazy! everyone was falling down or shaking or both!

Its was a fricken crazy night!! And im stoked for toight!!!

I was blessed to be a part of the Jesus People revival long ago, the revival that took place in the ninties (Toronto/Brownsville/Smithton--Rodney Howard Browne connected), and I've been involved since that last one to see a huge one come to us. Since 1999 we have had intercessory worship sessions (around two hours + of worship) every Saturday night. This is followed by teachings which we believe contain outpouring principles that can transform us.

[revival-fire] God IS bigger than Verizon Wireless

******* REVIVAL FIRE!!! *******

About two months ago I bought a new cell phone for my 13 year old son, and upgraded phones for my 15 year old. I knew their phones had internet access, but I instructed them not to use the internet on their phones because of the price. Verizon Wireless charges by the megabyte when using the internet on their network. My actual instruction was “do not go to www.anything.period”. My boys agreed. About a month ago I was curios about my own internet usage so I called Verizon to see if I had any charges on my line. The Verizon rep told me to sit down, she had some bad news. “What”, I said. She told me again to sit down. She told me that my boys had charges for the month of August to the total of $2200. At that point I immediately wanted to beat the love of Jesus into my boys. ‘How am I supposed to pay a cell phone bill that is larger than my house payment”? I thought. I yelled very loud, but was at least able to control the words that came out of my mouth, even though I was having a hard time controlling the volume. After I took their phones away (without destroying them) and told God how unfair this was, I went up to my bedroom. I had a flashback of being 16 years old and totaling my dads truck. He too was angry but he trusted me to drive again. I felt like God was telling me to be gracious with my boys, besides, my wife likes knowing she can reach them whenever she needs to, and if I kept their phones it would also punish her. I went downstairs and had a family talk about our phones. I found out from them and had confirmed by Verizon that they had been playing “free” games online, and listening to music, all of this at a whopping $1.99 per megabyte. I gave the boys their phones back and instructed them that we needed God to perform a miracle. We could not pay this bill. I then called Verizon back and asked for grace. I was told by the first supervisor I spoke to that she would credit my account $400.00. This was great but did not really help much. A couple days later I called back and was given another $200.00 credit. Again, this was great but not nearly enough. I still owed $1600.00. I was told that I needed to be patient and call back when my account went past due, then they could work some sort of payment plan out. I was hoping maybe they would go for $1.00 per month for the rest of my life.

Well, yesterday my account went past due. I called in to Verizon to work out a payment plan, but was told by the rep that I needed to pay the entire past due amount, $1600.00. I informed her of my previous conversations with Verizon and asked to speak to her supervisor. A couple seconds later her supervisor came on the phone, and I repeated the entire story again. He looked at my account and told me that if I had VCAST (a monthly fee that allows internet, music downloads, etc.) on the phones we would not have been charged the $2200. “Duh”, I thought. It felt like he was just rubbing it in now. He asked to put me on hold, saying he wanted to crunch some numbers. When he came back he told me that after working the numbers, he had and idea. He would put VCAST on our phones retroactively to August and Sept. and all the charges would be covered under this plan. He said I now needed to pay $468.00 and we would be good. I was pretty confused but I thought, “$468. is better than $2200”. I asked a few questions and was told that If we paid the $468. it would cover Sept. and Oct. we would not get another bill until Nov. I was amazed. We had to pay about $100. for VCAST, but now we don’t have to pay $2200. I quickly agreed to pay it and got his name and I.D. number. I received the grace I had prayed for, and my family got to see first had a true miracle from God.

I don’t always understand why God allow stuff like this to happen, But in hindsight I am grateful for the experience.

I've been hoping to hear Martin Scott's sessions at Family Christian Center from earlier this month and now see that two sessions are online at the the church's site http://www.riverlife.net/ Point at the Multimedia menu, then click Audio.

The Fridays on Fire meeting from September 5th was encouraging, strengthening, directive, and relevant to me.

I'm not sure that the following wording is the most accurate or best review, however, it seemed like Jesus' shoulders became tangible as the message progressed. Jesus' huggable shoulders. He doesn't always present his shoulders for hugging. He's for us, he's helping us, he's leading the way, he's pushing on. Praise the Lord.

More practically, a main theme of the message was taking responsibility. It wasn't like scolding, that's just what the theme was. Martin said that earlier this year the Lord had asked him to take responsibility for a certain thing, and Martin had asked the Lord about the resources, and the Lord said that he was asking Martin to agree to the responsibility and that the rest would be worked out (I'm not using the exact wording).

[revival-fire] Miracles at Portland Outpouring! - The Deaf Hear! The Blind See! Diseases Healed! The Lost Are Saved! Freedom From Addictions! Marriages Are Being Restored!

THE LOST ARE SAVED! FREEDOM FROM ADDICTIONS! MARRIAGES ARE BEING RESTORED! THE DEAF HEAR! THE BLIND SEE! DISEASES HEALED!

God has demonstrated His power with tremendous healings at the Greater Portland Outpouring!!! Here is just a small sample:

A woman had very minimal, muffled hearing in her right ear. It had been that way for a number of years. After Hamilton’s word of knowledge about “right ears,” she received prayer and was instantly healed! She came back to testify that she noticed loud noises at home that she had not heard before. The Lord reminded her that He had HEALED her EAR. Now she can hear in stereo. To God be the glory!

A 19 year old has received prayer and healing at the revival several times: She previously had two major knee surgeries and was in constant pain. After Hamilton prayed for her, her knees loosened up and were healed! Hamilton gave a word of knowledge about numbness and nerve damage in feet and said the feeling would begin to come back. As he said that, her toes started tingling and she had feeling in them for the first time in 15 months. When Hamilton prayed for her onstage, she felt the NUMBNESS literally crawl OUT of her toes. Now she can feel the top of her foot! When Hamilton gave a word of knowledge about asthma, she felt cool air in her lungs and felt her AIRWAYS completely OPEN up. Now she can take complete breaths! She is able to exercise in a way that she hasn’t for the past four years! The Lord broke the shackles that bound her ADDICTION to a partying lifestyle and she is FREE! She was baptized with the Holy Spirit and speaks in tongues! Praise the Lord!

From 1999 through 2003, a young woman had been diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (causes infertility), Polycystic kidneys, overactive insulin, high blood pressure, Type II Diabetes and beginning stages of heart disease and liver failure. From then through the beginning of September 2008 she remained very ill and her immune system was severely depleted. Lab tests were very bad for her kidneys, liver and blood sugar. At the revival, she went forward for pain in her back and the pain immediately went away! Also, Hamilton instructed people to touch the parts of their body that needed to be healed as they prayed and to believe that the Lord would heal them. She did as he instructed and then went back to the doctor for more lab work. The test results showed that her cholesterol is still a little bit high but all other BLOOD WORK came back NORMAL for her kidneys, liver and blood sugar! No tests in the past had been normal, even while on medication! Her side effects are going way! Thank you Jesus!!!

A MARRIAGE was RESTORED and the husband was set free from his addiction to smoking! Glory to God!

Hamilton prayed for a woman with late stage Huntington’s disease. The Lord powerfully touched her body and the doctors have lowered her seizure medication. Her speech is much clearer now and SHE WALKED BACK TO HER SEAT ALL BY HERSELF!!! The Lord is healing her! Glory to Jesus!

Hamilton prayed for another woman who had thyroid cancer and the size of the CANCER started to SHRINK! Hallelujah!

A woman had cancer that caused tremendous swelling all over the left side of her body. While she was on the stage the SWELLING could be seen visibly going DOWN in her hands and arms right before our eyes! Then God healed her partially BLIND EYE that was plagued with disease and HEALED her right eye which had been blind since she was 5 years old. After prayer, she read to us from the Bible! Both eyes looked clear where before they had not. In addition, Hamilton asked her to run after praying for her lungs. She ran off the stage, around to the other side and back onstage with no shortness of breath! Plus, both of her KNEES were HEALED while she was running! Praise the Lord!

As that was taking place, another woman was healed while sitting in the audience. Her partially blind EYES were HEALED and strength came into her body. Thank you Jesus!

Come to the tent! Bring the lost, the sick, the diseased, those bound by addictions. Come for restoration, healing and a touch from God.

Henry was inducted into "Who's Who in California" in 1984.

They have three adopted children, (Bernadette; born in 83 is Salvadoran and married to

Trent ~ Travis; born in 84 is Mexican, and Maria; born in 85 is Dutch-English) who all love

the Lord, plus one (so far) beautiful granddaughter.

Prior to pioneering the ministry, for 25 years, as world renown outfitters and guides, the Falanys

pioneered and conducted White Water River Expeditions, Inc. Under their direction WWRE became

one of the world's largest river running companies taking people from all over the world on several

days to week long white water rafting and camping trips on the Salmon & Middle fork of the Salmon

River (River of No Return) in Idaho and the Colorado River in the Grand Canyon and all the major

rivers of the western United Sates. They also conducted deluxe island camping and scuba

diving/sport fishing expeditions in remote areas of the Caribbean off the coast of Belize, Central

America.

In addition, they owned a horse breeding ranch and showed and campaigned several "working cow

horses" and "cutting horses" to state, national, and world champions.

Now, as pastors and international preachers they take occasional breaks with horses and mules and

pack train into the High Sierras to "ride the high country," camp, fish and enjoy God's handiwork.

Further on just one thing I wanted to mention related to your comment on Like Carlos Annacondia, from Argentina preaching in San Francisco recently declared that the Anointing is the weapon against the devil for doing good and healing all that are oppressed of the devil.

My contention is that it does not matter how much anointing one has received if we do not use it there is no possibility of revival.

With all due respect David, I believe that America just as every country need much more than a lift. Revival is not a lift, revival is, how to put it... well... revival. The church cannot do anymore with some patches, we need revival, restoration, transformation, a radical move of God the Holy Spirit.

I do not want to disagree with you but if I want to be honest I have to say that the moment we start saying "we've got it" is the moment we start losing it. I lived in the USA many years and for several years now I have been living in Wales, and I would say that compared to what we read in the Bible regarding our commissioning everything we do falls quite short of the goal.

Some would argue that we cannot compare because in the Bible it was the Apostles, and they had the advantage of having been with Jesus. To those who argue in such way I would ask: You mean you have never been with Jesus? My Bible says that we are to grow from Glory into Glory and the day after today should bring more glory than today and the days before. And the Glory of these last days should be more than the glory of the apostolic age.

I want a revival that hits the foundations of society. The closest of them from a historic point of view has been the Welsh revival of 1904 and in present days I would say that Argentina has come somewhat close although I think not yet in then extent of the Welsh 1904.

I see however some places, ministries, churches that are already moving in a strong desire and anointing that will lead into full revival. But unfortunately so far they are the few. However if the path is trodden and the goal pursued it will bloom into an unstoppable river.

One thing to learn from the Argentine revival is that revival is not about meetings, but much rather about bringing the Holy Spirit into the streets, to touch the lives of people outside the church. A friend of us pastors a church with a membership of well over 30,000 people, and leaving aside the impressive figure, what is more impressive is how the church is so inserted in the community that you find it almost everywhere. They have permanent teams in hospitals, prisons; they have social services, medical services, helping hands all over; but is not just social welfare, for every single person involved in the multiple venues of outreach are filled with the Spirit and daily spreading the life of Jesus everywhere. They have an "army' of children that regularly visit hospitals to pray for the sick and have seen awesome miracles, so much that they waited for, asked for, hospitals know them and people even when they know that they might be hospitalized send someone to ask those children to come pray for them!

JC with all due respect I think we understand what you are saying about revival

but America has all this in place already. I have been to many of these places that care for the downtrodden, orphaned children. In fact I saw the very first blind eye open in one of these shelters. We have people regularly going into hospitals, prisons, on the streets, there are ministries all over that shelter women and men that are serious about recovery.

Like Carlos Annacondia, from Argentina preaching in San Francisco recently declared that the Anointing is the weapon against the devil for doing good and healing all that are oppressed of the devil.

Like Smith Wiggelsworth once said what we need is Enduring ministries and ministers built on solid Holy Spirit Anointing and not just giftings, Holy People, Flames of Fire filled with and controlled by the Holy Spirit living in the prepared place.

An outpouring of the Ghost! And a people prepared to RUN with it will bring that needed Lift to America!
