[revival-fire] Thank you for the Christmas present Jesus!

******* REVIVAL FIRE!!! *******
Ok, so my husband went to go buy a Christmas tree a little over a week ago and the lady at the register rang in the tree and the tree stand and the total ended up being over half off!  The lady stated that something MUST be wrong, so she rang it in again and it gave her the same amount.  Then she just shrugged her shoulders and said to my husband, "Oh well, I guess that is what you owe."  Then I went to Black Angus to pick up my check.  I only work there one day a week and last week I took a Saturday off.  My check should have only been about $25.00 and it ended up being almost $52.00!  Say what?!?!?  THEN TODAY I opened our SMUD bill thinking for sure it would be around $220.00 ( We have been running our heater bigtime) and it said WE OWED NOTHING!!!!!!! ZERO BALANCE up to January 14th!!!  Are you kidding me????
So, thank you so much SWEET JESUS!  My husband is starting to get the whiff of tithing.  I pray for a revelation for him that he would truely understand the importance of tithes and offerings "ESPECIALLY" in the times of famine.  I have been faithfully tithing and just waiting for my wonderful husband to start.  God's doing something in him.  Therefore I need to just huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuusssssssssssssssssssshhhhhhh and be quiet bigtime!

P.S.  The School of Ministry had the BEST Christmas party I have ever been to!  We did the white elephant exchage gift game and it was too funny!  Pastor Eric cooked an amazing breakfast for everyone (Jean must have helped), and it was delicious!  Thank you leaders for all your hard work, dedication and faithfulness!  You guys ROCK!

[revival-fire] Trying to transfer some deep blessings

******* REVIVAL FIRE!!! *******
Some sharing from the heart about revivalists and revival
www.RanLives.com

Oklahoma City

Hi:
On this quiet Friday evening before another weekend of outpouring, I want to explain something. Some of you all know that I've been writing an online novel about a revivalist. It occurred to me the other day that almost all fiction about revivalists has been of the negative sort. But the main character of the book, Ran, is meant to be a representative of real revivalists like Jonathan Edwards, Finney, Wesley, Whitefiled, and many up and including our time. Basically Ran is meant to be a man who shows us what we could be. Long ago I had a Bible college teacher from England. His name was Charles Duncombe, and when he was young, he spent time following Smith Wigglesworth around. Brother D, as we called him, helped many people write books, and many of his words ended up in print. But I only know of one book that he, himself, wrote that bore his name. It had a very, very good title: We Could Be Giants. We could be, you know.

Well, I hope this experiment will help people understand what we could be. I hope it will heal some hurts and doubts. I once had mine healed just by a revivalist of sorts standing in front of a group of people and telling of a great healing in the third world, but the story and such a reality to it, such a dose of the power of God, that my cynicism melted and fell away. I hope the book will do that for someone.

Here in Oklahoma City, we've been holding intercessory worship meetings on Saturday nights for around nine years. What an experience it has been and will continue to be. I hope that some of what we have been blessed with can be transferred to others through some of the things we do and put on the internet.

Blessings,
Don Keesee

From our house to yours!  We wish you a joy filled, miraculous, full of joy and the love and presence of our living God in your home and hearts.  Instead of the traditional Christmas fare, I thought I would send something truly breathtaking!!  Sort of like God's ornaments in the sky!!  Look up for our salvation draws nigh!!

I was overwhelmed by God's goodness when I saw these incredible pictures! Whenever you think that the issues of your life are too overwhelming... just take a look at what God can do! Isn't He awesome! I know we've all seen some of these before, but it never hurts to be reminded just how powerful our God is. Take some time to REALLY look at each one, and then just worship the King of Kings!

Astronomers Select Top Ten Most Amazing Pictures Taken by Hubble Space Telescope in Last 16 Years
'...they illustrate that our universe is not only deeply strange, but also almost impossibly beautiful.'

After correcting an initial problem with the lens, when the Hubble Space Telescope was first launched in 1990, the floating astro-observatory
Began to relay back to Earth, incredible snapshots of the 'final frontier' it was perusing.
Recently, astronauts voted on the top photographs taken by Hubble, in its 16-year journey so far Remarking in the article from the Daily Mail, reporter Michael Hanlon says the photos 'illustrate that our universe is not only deeply strange, but also almost impossibly beautiful.'
Enjoy!
Hubble Telescope's top ten greatest space photographs.     Awesome!!!
The Sombrero Galaxy - 28 million light years from Earth - was voted best picture taken by the Hubble telescope.  The dimensions of the galaxy, officially called M104, are asspectacular as its appearance It has 800 billion suns and is 50,000 light years across.

The Ant Nebula, a cloud of dust and gas whose technical name is Mz3, resembles an ant when observed using ground-based telescopes...  The nebula lies within our galaxy between 3,000 and 6,000 light years from Earth.

In third place is Nebula NGC 2392, called 'Eskimo' because it looks like a face surrounded by a furry hood.  The hood is, in fact, a ring of comet-shaped objects flying away from a dying star.  Eskimo is 5,000 light years from Earth.

At four is the Cat's Eye Nebula.

The Hourglass Nebula, 8,000 light years away, has a 'pinched-in-the-middle' look because the winds that shape it are weaker at the centre.

In sixth place is the Cone Nebula.  The part pictured here is 2.5 light years in length (the equivalent of 23 million return trips to the Moon).
The Perfect Storm, a small region in the Swan Nebula, 5,500 light years away, described as 'a bubbly ocean of hydrogen and small amounts of oxygen, sulphur and other elements'.

Starry Night, so named because it reminded astronomers of the Van Gogh painting.  It is a halo of light around a star in the Milky Way.

The glowering eyes from 114 million light years away are the swirling cores of two merging galaxies called NGC 2207 and IC 2163 in the distant Canis Major constellation.

The Trifid Nebula. A 'stellar nursery', 9,000 light years from here, it is where new stars are being born.
