RCSM taking it to the streets today in downtown Sacramento. Armed with sack lunches, socks and toiletries. And most importantly
we brought some of the fathers love to the city streets. The hungry and the homless are on the farthers heart are they on yours?
Anyways, while walking through capitol park we had the privledge of meeting a little old lady around the age of 60 or so.(Ms. fredia)
I began to talk to her about the weather (small talk). She was telling me about her dream to one day be on the price is right.
She had also told me that a nice lady had given her a new warm quilt last night and how thankful she was to have it because the nights have recently turned cold. I began to feel very comfortable with Ms. fredia and asked if I could sit on the bench next to her. As we continue to make
small talk I felt Holy spirit telling me to pray for the desires of her heart. Ms. Fredias desire was to go to the price is right! So I asked her
if I might put my hand on her shoulder and pray for her. She reached for my hand and said thankyou yes I would love to have you
pray for me. We did, and as we prayed I felt the fathers love runnig through my body. Thank you LORD for the opertunity to be your vessal
And to think I almost stayed home today sick from school. The teaching staff had even excussed me from going on todays outreach
Are you still waiting for somthing to happen? Iam not, Iam going after the promises of GOD!
