as one of God's oh so imperfect people I am grateful to meet pastors like you and that  I have pastors

(Kim and Mary Andersson)  who understand all the principles that you have so eloquently  laid out!!

 I have been in 4 churches, each time moved by God's hand, not my own.  Each time has been for my and my families growth in the Lord.  He has orchestrated my/our path. He has timed my transitions.  I found that I can trust in Him to weave the tapestry of my life, His timing and His ways> He weaves His threads if you will, of colors and dark spots, each designed to bring out the complete work of art that He is making my life to be.   Running is not the answer, unless it is running TO God, running away just makes things harder.  To tie this into the revival fire theme, we will have revival in our region when we allow the Lord to refine and revive us.  Let your fires burn Jesus!

 

ps  if we run from the "church family" God has put around us, He will just find another way to complete his refining work in us, through other people that maybe will not even know Him at all! And that is a whole 'nother kettle of fish to fry in, so to speak.  Or it a case of out of the pan and into the fire!!
